Discovery & site assessment
We learn about the building, its users, the cleaning challenges and the standards you want to achieve.
Two buildings of the same size can need very different cleaning arrangements.
Occupancy, floor finishes, operational hours, access controls, building layout and client expectations all influence the best approach. We make these part of the discussion rather than treating them as afterthoughts.
For contracts, we develop an agreed specification. For specialist projects, we discuss methods, testing where appropriate, safety requirements, practical timeframes and handover conditions.

We learn about the building, its users, the cleaning challenges and the standards you want to achieve.
We define tasks, frequencies, areas included and any important exclusions or dependencies.
We discuss access, site rules, people, equipment, materials and timing before work begins.
We provide a route for feedback and agree how changes, issues or additional tasks are handled.

Specialist cleaning may involve equipment, chemicals, floor treatments or work in operational environments. We consider the relevant hazards and site restrictions when developing the method and scope.
Where necessary, this can include risk assessments, method statements, product information, machinery requirements, training considerations and appropriate controls. Site-specific documentation and supporting evidence should be reviewed with the client before mobilisation.
We do not assume that every surface can be treated the same way. Unknown materials, existing coatings and sensitive finishes may require testing or advice before full cleaning begins.
Tell us about the site, your priorities and the standards you expect. We’ll help establish the right next step.
